Nutripeak™ Micros

Nutripeak™ Micros

NutriPeak™ Micros deliver essential trace elements in a precision-engineered carbon capsule that penetrates both leaf cuticle and root epidermis. This ensures maximum uptake, minimal loss, and a release curve that aligns with plant metabolic demand.

Micronutrients are often the hidden yield limiters. Deficiencies in zinc, boron, iron, manganese, or copper can quietly reduce yield potential long before visible symptoms appear. NutriPeak™ Micros makes sure every gram reaches its target.

Formulation

Each NutriPeak™ Micros tablet or granule contains one or more encapsulated micronutrients, shielded from soil fixation, oxidation, and volatilization.

Mechanism of Action

NutriPeak™ Micros tablets use the same precision-engineered carbon capsule found in our CropTab™ NPK line — tuned for the unique chemistry and uptake dynamics of micronutrients. The result: more of each gram actually reaches the plant, in the form it can use.

Tablet dissolution

Once added to water, the tablet disintegrates in around 10 minutes. Light stirring ensures full dispersion into a stable suspension of carbon-encapsulated nutrients. No special agitation or mixing equipment required.

Precision-encapsulated nutrients

Nutrients are bound within carbon-based particles averaging ~20 nm. This size enables passage through both the leaf cuticle and root epidermis — routes typically blocked to conventional compounds.
  • Leaf uptake: Penetrates via stomata and cuticular microchannels.
  • Root uptake: Adsorbs to root hairs, then enters through diffusion and ion channels.

Efficiency pathways

NutriPeak™ does more than supply nutrients — it optimizes how plants use them.
It activates three reinforcing pathways:
  • Direct uptake — nearly all applied nutrients enter plant tissue directly, avoiding the losses typical of soil fertilizers.
  • Soil unlocking — molecular-level carbon stimulation enhances root exudation and microbial partners, mobilizing the soil’s nutrient reserves that are normally unavailable.
  • Metabolic efficiency — light-active carbon broadens usable light and stabilizes plant metabolism, allowing the crop to convert the same nutrients into more energy and growth — reaching the same yield with fewer added nutrients.

Size matters

At the molecular level NutriPeak™ capsules are large enough to remain stable, yet small enough to cross natural plant barriers. Too large, and the nutrient stays outside; too small, and it becomes unstable. NutriPeak™ is engineered at this biological “sweet spot.”
Optimal Capsule Scale for Uptake

Controlled release

Nutrient forms are released in three timed phases, driven by solubility, particle architecture, and plant demand:

Role in Plant
Fast
0–24 hours
Soluble ionic fraction from micronutrient oxides
Immediate correction of deficiencies, rapid activation of enzyme systems, and support for ongoing metabolic processes.
Mid
2–7 days

Sustained supply for chlorophyll synthesis, photosynthetic efficiency, and enzyme cofactor functions.
Slow

Zero-loss pathway

NutriPeak™ Micros protect oxides from tie-up, precipitation, and drift — keeping nutrients mobile, spray-stable, and plant-available longer. More of each gram reaches tissue and stays there through critical growth stages.

Directions for Use

NutriPeak™ tablets are fully water-dispersible and designed for fast mixing, clean spraying, and precision delivery. Compatible with all standard agricultural equipment.
For seeding and early root support
In-furrow method
Dissolve tablet in water tank. Inject during planting using standard drilling system. Apply directly to seed row.
For vegetative & reproductive stages
Foliar spray method
Drop 1 tablet per 2.5 acres (one hectare) into 5–10 L of clean water. Wait 5-10 minutes to dissolve. Stir lightly. Spray as normal.
Pre-sowing micronutrient boost and early vigor
Seed treatment
Dissolve tablet in recommended volume of clean water to coat seed batch evenly. Apply using a standard seed treater or slurry applicator. Allow to dry before planting.
Mixing:
No specialized agitation needed. Dissolves fully without residue.
Timing:
Apply early in the day or late afternoon to avoid direct sunlight.
Frequency:
Use in 2–3 passes depending on crop and growth stage.
Compatibility:
Safe to tank-mix with most herbicides, fungicides, and biologicals (see “Compatibility” section).

Sustainability Impact

NutriPeak™ Micros cut the environmental cost of micronutrient delivery by replacing heavy liquid and bulk mineral products with tablet-sized doses that dissolve on-site.

Zero-emission production

Micronutrient oxides are encapsulated in a carbon matrix without high-emission synthesis steps or acidulation. The process is solvent-free and dust-free by design.

Zero-loss pathway

Most micro losses come from tie-up, precipitation, and drift. Encapsulation keeps particles mobile in the tank, adherent on the leaf, and available at the root—so less product is reapplied and less enters waterways.

Ultra-light logistics

  • 1,000 tablets = 2,500 acres (1,000 ha) ≈ 13 kg total weight.
  • Ships by courier (DHL, FedEx, even parcel post).
  • Eliminates bulk bags, pallets, and diesel-intensive transport.

Less packaging, less waste

No drums. No bulk bags. No totes. Just compact courier-weight packs.
  • Fewer rinses and disposals
  • No plastic liners or pallet wrap
  • Minimal on-farm storage space
By reducing both material volume and packaging complexity, Nutripeak™ cuts waste at every step from factory to field

Soil-safe by design

NutriPeak™ is formulated for both foliar and root-zone use. Unlike bulk fertilizers that flood the soil with excess salts, NutriPeak™ delivers precisely measured, carbon-encapsulated nutrients that safely interact with the root zone.
  • Prevents salt buildup
  • Supports microbial balance
  • Reduces long-term soil degradation
  • Leaves no insoluble residue
Whether sprayed on leaves or applied in-furrow, NutriPeak™ avoids nutrient overload and protects soil health over time.

Net effect: the same (or better) crop response with less product moved, less chemistry in the field, and less waste across the system.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Every NutriPeak™ Micros product is tested to meet rigorous agronomic and safety standards. We evaluate both the chemical composition and functional behavior of the formulation before release.

Compatibility

NutriPeak™ tablets are formulated to work seamlessly with standard agricultural practices. They dissolve cleanly in tank mixes and remain stable across a wide range of inputs and water conditions.
NutriPeak™ has been tested with common foliar and soil inputs, including:
  • Herbicides: glyphosate, 2,4-D, clethodim
  • Fungicides: azoxystrobin, tebuconazole, copper-based mixes
  • Biologicals: microbial inoculants, humic acids
  • Other nutrients: urea, calcium nitrate, micronutrient chelates
The result is a nutrient profile that feeds plants continuously and efficiently — not just from the tablet itself, but by amplifying the plant’s ability to use the nutrients already available in the soil.
No precipitates or inactivation observed in any tested combination.
